Coding, Billing and Clinical Documentation Review
Our team of coding professionals deliver value that exceeds the typical "coding audit" by drilling down to identify potential risks and opportunities and deliver customized education to providers, scribes and in-house coders. Our team has the expertise to navigate the complexities of value-based payment metrics. We tailor our summary findings to executive, finance and investor audiences.
Our proprietary risk and compliance assessment has been developed to provide peace of mind in knowing that each location is effectively addressing regulatory requirements and managing key business risks. Our comprehensive assessment identifies site specific issues in high risk areas, including HIPAA, OSHA, EEO, ADA, CDC, Human Resources and Clinical Safety, with customized deliverables that include an enterprise level summary and actionable work plans for each site.
Our depth of experience in medical practice acquisitions, revenue cycle operations, and all aspects of the diligence process, enables us to assess actual value, identify potential risks, and facilitate informed decisions for investors or sellers. Our diligence support includes billing, coding, and clinical documentation review, operational review of key areas such as human resources and revenue cycle, and cataloging a detailed inventory of fixed assets and FMV estimate to support the transaction.
