Alan is responsible for internal operations, human resources, payroll, benefits, and accounting. He also performs on site diligence, asset inventories, and valuations. Alan has worked in executive capacities in managerial, human resources and staffing services since 1992. Alan holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) credential from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
Bart is responsible for business development, client relations, and marketing. He oversees client relations and services feedback for improvement in delivery and offerings to the market. Bart has been responsible for revenue growth in multiple markets since 1994 with a demonstrated history of positive change and adaptive market responses throughout his career.
Christie is responsible for managing key consulting services, including coding review, clinical documentation improvement, regulatory compliance and risk management. She has vast experience in healthcare operations management, strategic planning, and business process improvement. Christie holds the Certified Professional Coder (CPC) credential from the American Association of Professional Coders (AAPC). She earned her Masters in Healthcare Administration from UNC at Chapel Hill and received her B.S. from Wake Forest University School of Business.
Sarah is responsible for managing key consulting services, including coding review, clinical documentation improvement, regulatory compliance and risk management. She has extensive experience in clinical and molecular research and earned her Masters of Science in Pharmacology from Keble College, Oxford University (UK). Sarah holds the Certified Professional Coder (CPC) credential from the American Association of Professional Coders (AAPC).
Dianne is responsible for operational support in the areas of compliance program development and administration, OSHA site assessments, risk assessments, human resources and acquisition due diligence. She has vast experience in dermatology, private equity, healthcare human resources and legal services. Dianne earned her Masters degree in Management from the George Washington University and holds Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) credential from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and Lean Six Sigma (Legal Lean Sigma Institute) certifications.
Madi is responsible for assisting with reviews, claims and medical record documentation to assess the accuracy and effectiveness of coding, billing and clinical documentation. She holds Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and Certified Professional Coder in Dermatology (CPCD) credentials from the American Association of Professional Coders (AAPC) . Madi is a graduate of Pellissippi State Technical Community College in Knoxville, TN, with an Associate of Arts.
Mary is responsible for compiling and coordinating the flow of documents for coding and billing services. She has completed coding related training in all medical specialties. Mary is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership.
Camryn is responsible for coordinating compliance projects and compiling and coordinating the flow of documents for coding and billing services. She is pursuing her Associates degree in Science at Pellissippi State Technical Community College.
